Job summary

Front Porch is seeking a part-time Security Officer to protect residents and staff at Vista del Monte in Santa Barbara. The role requires vigilance, quick response to alarms, and courteous service to residents, families and visitors.

Shifts Friday and Saturday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, with a pay range of $21.67 to $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities include patrolling grounds and entrances, responding to emergencies, documenting incidents, and maintaining logs while upholding safety procedures and PPE

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Security Guard Card preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Provides security services for residents and employees.
• Responds to fire alarms, emergencies, and other incidents.
• Patrols campus grounds, lobbies, corridors and access points to ensure safety.
• Maintains accurate logs of shift activities and incident reports.
