Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is hiring a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to maintain clean resident rooms and a sanitary facility environment. You will assist with laundry, linen handling and distribution, while following safety and policy guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of the team. Training and adherence to health assessments are provided.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Be able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including a two-stage Mantoux skin test.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, offices and common areas; maintain a safe, attractive environment.
• Handle laundry according to sanitary guidelines and sort/load laundry to equipment.
• Polish and sanitize surfaces; assist in linen distribution and storage.
• Follow weekly cleaning schedules and adhere to chemical safety guidelines.
• Move and arrange furniture as directed; participate as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Attend mandatory in-services and comply with facility policies.
