Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher ed preferred.
• 1–2 years in property/ community management or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for resident interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with OneSite and LRO.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and admin tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
• Coordinate and support community events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain records related to leasing, communications, and maintenance using property management software.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and quality maintenance and repairs.
• Support enforcement of community policies to maintain a safe, orderly environment.
• Assist in preparing occupancy, leasing activity, and performance reports.
