Salary is competitive with bonus eligibility. Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hospital EVS management experience and strong contract administration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant management experience, ideally as a Director of Environmental Services in a hospital setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Displays general business acumen.
• High customer service and quality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a larger role in administrative functions.
• Focuses on client needs using service-based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations.
• Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
• Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives of the Housekeeping department.
• Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics.

Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 / year

Other Forms of Compensation: Eligible for annual bonus

Job Summary

The Resident Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for the success of a large hospital Environmental Services account, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions
• Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations
• Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
• Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives of the Housekeeping department

• Performs other duties as assigned
