This role reports to senior leadership and oversees housekeeping operations across a major campus.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of hospital EVS management experience, and proven ability to manage contracts, budgets, and cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a larger role in administrative functions.
• Focuses on client needs and uses service-based solutions to exceed expectations.
• Maintains client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives for the Housekeeping department.
• Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 / year

Other Forms of Compensation: Eligible for annual bonus

Job Summary

The Resident Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for the success of a large hospital Environmental Services account, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality.
