Job summary

Santo Domingo Pueblo seeks a motivated Resident Support Specialist to provide recovery-oriented support services within the Men's Transitional Living Program in New Mexico. This role involves assisting individuals in their recovery journey, integrating comprehensive community support services, and maintaining cultural integrity aligned with Pueblo values. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Lived experience in recovery strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Keres preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, recovery-oriented support services to residents.
• Assist residents in navigating early recovery and developing independent living skills.
• Coordinate care across clinical, case management, and community resources.
