Job summary

GRW Engineers, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Resident Project Representative to oversee construction activities on behalf of the Engineer and to act as liaison between Owner and Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have INDOT RPR and DPW certifications, substantial RPR experience on INDOT projects, and proficiency in daily reports aligned with INDOT and Indy DPW requirements. Experience with City of Indianapolis DPW CIP software and a strong background in water and sewer utility projects

• 10-hour OSHA certified
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Construction Documentation
• Proposal writing
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience including water and sewer utility type projects and road improvement projects.
• Education: Associate degree in a related field or higher or equivalent experience level.
• Certifications: INDOT's Certified Technician Program (CTP) all six areas, and IWEA Inspection certificate, or IPWA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project construction activities on behalf of the Engineer and act as liaison between Owner and Engineer.
• Be familiar with City of Indianapolis DPW CIP software and RPR procedures and hold DPW RPR certification.
• Possess INDOT Certified Technician Certification and Site Manager certification and have actual RPR experience on INDOT projects.
• Proficient in preparing daily reports in accordance with INDOT and Indy DPW requirements.
