AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Pharmacist to participate in interdisciplinary rounds and optimize patient care through pharmacotherapeutic recommendations. You will monitor drug therapy, document interventions, and educate staff and patients on medications.

This role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues to ensure safe, cost-effective therapy across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Good communication with staff and patients.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with medical, nursing and pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Rounds and provide pharmacotherapeutic recommendations.
• Conduct Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and adjust dosing.
• Document pharmacist interventions and cost-savings data.
