Triad Complete Healthcare is looking for a caring, personable, and skilled Physician interested in pain management practice in OKC. You will see new patients and collaborate with mid-level providers and clinical pharmacists to optimize care and establish a polymodal pain regimen in patients with chronic pain.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations, including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
• Provide quality outpatient services by appointment
• Provide ongoing health maintenance, health education, and disease prevention, periodic screening for adults
• Complete continuing medical education and maintain licensure to good standing
• Maintain current OBNDD and DEA number
• Interact effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and others

Qualifications
