Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Cook for our Ridgmar Medical Lodge facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will prepare meals per planned menus, monitor food handling, and ensure nutritionally appropriate service for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale operation preferred.
• One year's work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Review menus and census information to determine quantities.
• Prepare food following safe handling guidelines and codes.
• Assist with food ordering, storage, and prep as designated.
• Maintain standards for food quality and service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare diet-consistent items and special function meals.
• Ensure timely meal service and maintain sanitation.
