Responsibilities

• Performs tasks to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals and supplements to residents per physician orders and in compliance with requirements.
• Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Attends all meetings and in-services as required.
• Reports problems and needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation with other staff.
• Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Resolves consumer concerns per company standards.
• Ensures resident rights are protected.
