In this role you will maintain a clean, safe kitchen, participate in staff meetings, and support teamwork while ensuring residents' rights and satisfaction are upheld through professional service and clear communication.

Qualifikationen

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals and supplements per physician orders and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Attend meetings and in-services as required.
• Report problems and needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with other staff.
• Present professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adheres to Company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures all patient/resident rights are protected.
