Qualifications

• Prior food service and/or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares in a timely manner nutritious meals and supplements for residents according to requirements.
• Performs duties in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Supervises staff in the absence of the Director of Nutritional Services; attends meetings and in-services as required.
• Presents a professional image to consumers and adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns; protects resident rights.
