Job summary

Erickson Senior Living at Highland Springs in North Dallas, TX, seeks a Move-Out Support Specialist to assist residents and families through relocation and move-out processes. You will review key documents, explain final bills, coordinate with moving companies, and ensure accurate settlements while supporting residents’ needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear understanding of move-out handbooks, the Residence and Care Agreement, and applicable state laws.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate logistics for vacating the unit, including scheduling activities and moving day arrangements.
• Support residents throughout the move-out process, addressing issues and coordinating services.
• Review documents with residents or family members and explain final bills and escrow processes.
• Refer families to Pastoral Ministries and Social Work in the event of a resident’s death.
• Enter resident information into the Deposit Tracking System.
• Oversee the completion of the final bill and entrance deposit refund.
• Monitor the resale status of the unit and communicate updates to residents or family members.
