United Methodist Communities is seeking a Resident Move-In Coordinator to join the Collingswood Manor sales and marketing team. The role offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay based on experience ($19.10–$21.48) and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance along with retirement options.

The position involves guiding prospective residents through apartment selection, coordinating move-ins, maintaining records, and supporting events and outreach efforts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience in any setting (hospitality, leasing, retail, or healthcare).
• Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a point of contact for prospective residents and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with the apartment selection process and support move-in coordination for incoming residents.
• Maintain prospect, resident, and occupancy records and assist with routine reporting.
• Coordinate apartment preparation activities prior to resident move-ins.
• Provide administrative support for community events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Communicate prospect activity, move-in updates, and occupancy information with team members and leadership.
