Job summary

FIVE18 Mental Health is seeking a Resident Marriage & Family Mental Health Clinician (LPC and/or LMFT) to provide therapy to couples and families. The role supports supervision, paperwork, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a faith-aligned context.

Part-time position with flexible schedule, travel 0-10%, and competitive hourly pay. Benefits include supervision toward licensure, 401k after six months, and PTO after a year. Minimum 15 client sessions per week required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health required; licensure eligibility or licensure status mentioned.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards; good documentation practices.
• Experience with couples and/or family therapy preferred; knowledge of DSM-5-TR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples and/or family therapy to clients.
• Ensure sessions begin and end on time and complete billing paperwork promptly.
• Coordinate services with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.
• Maintain client confidentiality and participate in supervision or consultation.
• Schedule follow-up sessions, manage payments, and issue receipts.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; support quarterly goal setting using the training library.
