Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents with accuracy and dignity. You will follow physician orders and document in MAR/TAR in real time.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents during passes, reporting concerns promptly, performing narcotic counts, keeping medication carts clean, and maintaining infection control standards to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and age 18+.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights.
• Document all actions in MAR/TAR in real-time.
• Observe residents during/after passes, monitor symptoms, and report concerns.
• Complete narcotic counts and maintain clean medication carts and rooms.
• Comply with infection control and safety standards to prevent errors.
