Job summary

You will maintain records of the Medical Education Department, manage licensing/credentialing, coordinate interviews via ERAS, and organize rotations and events across system locations, ensuring compliance with AOA/ACGME requirements.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of medical education experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, independent and critical thinking.
• Strong communication of complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related area.
• 2–4 years of medical education experience.
• Experience in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lectures, orientation, and evaluations for residents and students.
• Maintain records of financial activities and reimbursements for Medical Education.
• Provide clerical support to Program Directors and Regional Practice Administrator.
• Operate Residency Software System to track licensing/credentialing and duty hours.
• Facilitate residency applicant interviews using ERAS.
• Coordinate residency rotations and credentialing papers.
• Organize lectures, dinners, retreats for Residency and Medical Education departments.
