Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a nursing facility, ensuring adherence to diet specifications and sanitary regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate is preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items on assigned/scheduled menus.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils, work area, storage, area, and serving area.
• Follow proper food handling procedures.
• Ensure meals are prepared according to resident diets and facility procedures.
