Job summary

EAH Housing seeks a full-time Resident Manager I to oversee the Fountain West 72-unit family community in Fresno, CA. You will manage day-to-day operations, including leasing, rent collection, and staff supervision, while ensuring HUD/TCAC compliance and fiscal stewardship.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines, and a valid driver’s license.

This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I to work at Fountain West, 72-unit affordable family housing community in Fresno, CA. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus. Salary range: $23.80 - $38.25 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $23.80 - $31.03 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Position Overview

The Resident Manager I is directly responsible for managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness. The Resident Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises on-site Staff Processes Evictions, Conducts Annual Inspections and Coordinates Repairs For HUD Properties, submits Vouchers
