American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes. You will foster positive relationships with residents, respond swiftly to inquiries, and drive lease renewals, ensuring a superior resident experience throughout the tenant lifecycle.
The role requires at least a High School Diploma, a preferred bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in property operations or management. A Real Estate License and MS Office proficiency are expected.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a superior resident experience, resolving customer service issues, optimizing resident retention, and processing documentation through the tenant lifecycle.
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $63,909.00 to $79,864.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is eligible to receive quarterly bonus payments.
The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
