Qualificações

• Knowledge of OBRA regulations and California Administrative Code provisions related to activities and social services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for residents, staff, and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Implements programs to meet residents' needs and interests in individual and group settings.
• Maintains inventory of materials and supplies needed for activities.
• Prepares and posts a monthly calendar of activities and communicates with residents and families.
• Assists with assessments, records, and evaluations of program participation.
• Sets up and breaks down furniture, audiovisual, and other equipment for activities.
• Assists with transportation and coordinates locations for outings.
• Provides direction to volunteers and vendors under supervision of the Director of Life Enrichment.
• Recognizes and reports concerns about residents' well-being to management staff.
