• Observe resident mood, behavior, and involvement; document progress.
• Follow the care plan when providing daily activities.
• Assist with crafts and activities; set up equipment as directed.
• Escort residents to activity areas; supervise participation.
• Promote physical, social, mental, and spiritual well-being during activities.
• Encourage participation in individual and group leisure activities.
• Transport residents to activities when applicable.
• Encourage development of new interests, hobbies and skills.
