Job summary

CVMC - Woodridge Life Enrichment and Care Management is seeking a dedicated LNA to design and implement activities for residents at Woodridge in Berlin, VT. You will provide direct and indirect patient care during Life Enrichment programs, under the supervision of licensed staff, and perform duties within the Vermont LNA scope of practice.

Must hold an active VT LNA license and have at least six months of long term care experience; strong computer skills (Word/Excel) and team collaboration are

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a long term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Current VT LNA license is required.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and electronic MR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an activities program for all Woodridge residents.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care during Life Enrichment activities.
• Work under supervision within the scope of the LNA license.
