Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community in Ottawa, IL is seeking a PRN Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and lead special programs and events that bring joy and connection to residents' daily lives.

You'll develop and coordinate culinary and cultural events, work with Certified Family Partners, and meet with residents and families to ensure activities reflect what they want. This is an as-needed, one-on-one role with strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: experience working with seniors and intergenerational programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate special culinary and cultural events for residents.
• Facilitate activities alongside Certified Family Partners.
• Lead monthly training sessions for Certified Family Partners.
• Meet regularly with residents and families to gather feedback on programming.
• Help maintain program quality and regulatory compliance.
