Responsibilities

• Lead engagement activities: plan, organize, and facilitate group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations.

• Ensure safety and comfort: assist residents to and from activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
• Document and assess: track participation, record progress, and conduct assessments per guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team: support residents and teammates as needed.
