Atrium Centers is seeking an Activities Assistant to help plan and deliver engaging programs that meet residents’ social, emotional, and recreational needs. You will support daily and monthly calendars, lead group and individual activities, and collaborate with the Activities Director.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, genuine care for residents, and a dependable, team‑oriented attitude, with creativity and enthusiasm to engage residents daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar.
• Engage residents in group and individual activities.
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs.
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well‑being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
