• Conduct assessments to identify resident interests and abilities and develop appropriate activities.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure activities align with care plans and goals.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities as needed (e.g., grooming, bathing, dressing).
• Maintain records of resident participation and program evaluations.
• Develop and implement special events and theme days.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality of life.
