Moundsville Healthcare Center in Moundsville, WV is seeking an Activities Director to lead our activities team. This full-time, salaried role requires strong leadership, prior management experience, and an active driver's license.

• Must have prior management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of activity practices, standards, and related laws & guidelines.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Able to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, and agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and evaluate diversified resident-centered activities.
• Involve residents in planning and advocate for their needs and rights.
• Participate in resident, family, department head, and other meetings.
• Maintain records and reports related to activities.
• May participate in fundraising events.
• Promote relationships with community, volunteers, and organizations.
