Job summary

Moundsville Healthcare Center is seeking an Activities Director to manage our activities team and enhance residents’ lives. This full-time, salaried role requires prior management experience and may involve driving with a valid driver's license.

You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate diversified resident-centered activities, involve residents in planning, maintain records, and participate in committee meetings to promote engagement and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of activity practices, standards, and regulations pertaining to long-term care.
• Prior management, supervisory, or leadership experience in healthcare.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, and the public.
