Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time schedule (Wed & Thu, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with an hourly rate of $18.00–$19.00. You will build relationships with residents, plan and lead group programs, and support wellness activities in a hospitality-focused environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year experience leading groups, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying levels of independence.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance for transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents and plan engaging programs.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation as needed.
• Prepare spaces, supplies, and materials; ensure safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use electronic systems for docs.
• Support wellness programming and perform admin tasks as assigned.
• Provide backup transportation when needed; maintain a safe environment.
