Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group seeks aResident in Counseling pursuing Virginia LPC licensure. You will perform diagnostic and behavioral health assessments in collaboration with supervising LMHP, and provide outpatient counseling to children and families affected by autism and developmental challenges.

You will also deliver home- and clinic-based ABA services, family support, parent training, and care coordination, joining a multidisciplinary team in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; licensure pursued.
• Active driver's license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Pursuing Virginia state licensure as an LPC with supervised clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and behavioral health assessments in collaboration with the supervising LMHP.
• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and families affected by autism and developmental challenges.
• Deliver home- and clinic-based ABA services, family support, parent training, and care coordination.
