Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking Residents in Social Work or Counseling pursuing Virginia State Licensure as an LCSW or LPC to support children with autism and other developmental challenges through home- and clinic-based ABA and family services.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling and be working toward licensure.
• Active driver’s license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Virginia licensure trajectory or active pursuit of licensure in social work or counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for community-based services in collaboration with supervising LMHP.
• Provide outpatient counseling to children and families affected by neurodevelopmental challenges.
• Deliver home- and clinic-based ABA services, family support, and care coordination.
