Our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program offers a comprehensive clinical experience for Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work. You’ll also have opportunities to provide outpatient therapy and community-based services for adults and families, building a well-rounded clinical skill set.

Flexible Full-Time Schedule

• Full-time status = 105 hours/month (~24–26 hours/week)
• Allows clinicians to maintain work-life balance while receiving full benefits
• Typical sessions: afternoons and evenings
• Flexibility to structure your weekly schedule around client needs

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and community-based therapy
• Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultation
• Maintain timely documentation
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support
