Job summary

Compass NOVA is seeking licensed supervision-residency track clinicians in Virginia for full-time roles to provide individual, family, and community-based therapy. Gain structured caseload support and paid supervision while building clinical hours toward LPC or LCSW licensure.

Residents in Counseling and supervisees in Social Work will join an Intensive In-Home program with opportunities to work in outpatient and community-based services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in Virginia.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year clean driving history.
• Availability for afternoon/evening appointments.
• Commitment to community-based services.
• Preferred: experience with youth, families, or community-based services.
• Comfort with telehealth or outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and community-based therapy.
• Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals.
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultation.
• Maintain timely documentation.
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

$22 – $27/hour (depending on experience)
