Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across our Orlando community. You will clean common areas, assist with resident apartment cleaning, and interact with residents in a courteous manner.

The role emphasizes safety, privacy, and adherence to cleaning protocols. The position offers full-time hours with the potential for skill development through on-the-job training and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Safe handling of cleaning products and adherence to procedures.
• Willingness to interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean gathering and public spaces (lobbies, halls, dining rooms, restrooms) to present a positive environment.
• Clean residents’ apartments weekly or as needed and respect privacy.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties including sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, and completing logs of cleaning activities.
• Assist with resident needs and provide directions or assistance as requested.
• Attend in-service training and follow supervisor instructions.
