Qualifications

• Must hold current Cosmetology License.
• Minimum of 3 years licensed cosmetology experience.
• Experience with senior clientele preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations, haircuts, styling, chemical treatments for senior residents.
• Offer gentle, patient care considering mobility and comfort.
• Educate residents on age-appropriate hair care and maintenance.
• Stay updated on techniques for mature hair (perm, roller sets, teasing).
• Maintain a clean, sanitary salon space per health standards and State Board Guidelines.
• Build relationships with residents and their families in a warm, professional manner.
