Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a friendly Food Service Associate to provide quick, courteous service of meals to residents and guests on site at our Beaverton location. The role requires delivering orders, communicating clearly, and maintaining a positive demeanor while ensuring resident satisfaction.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; familiarity with POS and payroll systems helps, and successful completion of food safety training may be needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must complete food safety training and hold any local licenses/certificates.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in variable situations.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals to residents/guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding to needs and requests quickly.
• Bus tables and reset them; complete assigned side work.
• Maintain professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers.
