Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Distribute and document medication for residents per physician orders and regulations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and follow Plan of Care.
• Supervise and care for residents daily according to needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene and grooming as needed.
• Observe and record resident self-administration of medications and report changes.
