Job summary

Wallick Communities in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for the Villages at Roll Hill community. You will respond to work orders, perform unit turns, handle emergencies, and keep facilities in top condition while documenting repairs.

• Manage Unit Turns: prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies: respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
