Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to manage laundry duties for assigned facilities. Responsibilities include loading machines, selecting proper products and temperatures, and returning clean items to designated areas.

Must maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and Resident Bill of Rights, communicate professionally with residents and staff, and support housekeeping as needed. Experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Six months related work experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect privacy of residents/guests.
• Proactive and able to make decisions without direct supervision.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Competent with computers for Relias training modules.

Responsibilities

• Launders linens, clothes, shower curtains and related items.
• Loads washing machines and uses correct products and temperatures.
• Folds laundered items and handles ironing as requested.
• Labels resident garments and returns items to assigned areas.
• Maintains inventory of laundry supplies and linen closets.
• Reports machine maintenance issues to manager and assists housekeeping as needed.
• Greet visitors professionally and interact with residents with courtesy.
• Upholds HIPAA standards and Resident Bill of Rights.
