Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents and staff. You will clean apartments, public areas, and amenities, and perform laundry duties while following sanitation standards.

The role requires completing all training programs, operating cleaning equipment, and adapting to varying shifts. Strong communication in English and good time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of company training programs.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Able to work varying schedules and shifts.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Clear English communication with staff and residents.
• General sanitation knowledge and attention to detail.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold and distribute linen and resident laundry; change bed linens.
• Maintain laundry areas and periodically wash windows and sanitize equipment.
• Stock supplies, manage waste, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs as needed.
• Report safety concerns or health issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
