Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents across apartments and common areas. You’ll perform cleaning, laundry, and stock supplies while supporting a positive, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas and apartments, laundering resident textiles, and reporting maintenance issues. Training will be provided, with various shifts and English communication required.

Qualifications

• Must complete all Company required training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff in apartments and common areas.
• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and windows.
• Perform all housekeeping duties including laundering articles, changing beds, restocking supplies.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; stock the cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empty trash, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team.
