Job summary

SRIM is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and families in our Fayetteville community.

Under supervision, you will perform dusting, vacuuming, laundry support, bathroom sanitization, and dining room assistance, while upholding the Golden Rule values.

This role requires empathy, good communication, and the ability to follow schedules and safety procedures. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year related housekeeping or support staff experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop common areas daily.
• Clean resident rooms per schedule and assist with deep cleaning.
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain clean, safe living environment.
• Assist residents with dining in the dining room as needed.
• Respond to resident and family requests with empathy and respect.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and safety procedures.
