Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains assigned areas including public areas and resident rooms.
• Cleans restrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuums carpeted areas and mops tile floors.
• Spot cleans walls and windows.
• Dusts furniture and empties trashcans.
• Cleans baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.
• Assists with activity room set-ups and moving furniture as needed.
• Attends training courses and maintains up-to-date monthly/quarterly/annual training.
