Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, stripping and shampooing floors, and keeping sinks and surfaces polished.

The role requires basic education, with high school diploma or equivalent, and experience is preferred but not required. Proper handling of waste and supplies ensures a safe, orderly facility for all residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, buff, strip, wash and shampoo floors.
• Dust furniture, closets, vents and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty waste receptacles and manage medical waste as directed.
• Restock paper supplies and cleaning materials daily.
• Wash windows and walls and clean rooms as assigned.
• Follow OSHA standards for handling infectious waste.
