Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a conscientious Housekeeper to maintain clean and sanitary resident accommodations and common areas in a friendly, respectful environment.

You will perform general housekeeping, laundry, and dining-related tasks, while following safety procedures and providing excellent resident service. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple duties across the community.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Community interior and residents' apartments in a clean and sanitary fashion, and in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean the main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators (as needed), check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies in each apartment.
• Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities provided.
• Follow Company sanitation and safety procedures.
• Greet residents and guests, take orders, and serve meals; assist with trays and dining service.
