Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow sanitation and infection control procedures, and support residents and staff with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for interacting with residents, staff, and families.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment following established sanitation procedures.
• Comfort with following infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand or move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
