Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment within a long-term care facility. This role supports resident and staff satisfaction by delivering consistent cleaning and sanitation, following safety guidelines and infection control policies.

Responsibilities include daily housekeeping tasks, proper sanitation, and clear communication with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
