Job summary

Ciel Senior Living is seeking a Server to work in our dining room, preparing front of house for meals and taking resident orders. You will engage with residents, know the menu, and ensure guests have a great dining experience.

The role involves delivering timely service, collaborating with kitchen staff, and completing end-of-shift duties. Training is provided to maintain up-to-date skills for resident happiness.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare front of house for meals and take resident orders.
• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Write resident or guest food orders on order slips.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Attend training courses and maintain monthly, quarterly, annual training through LMS.
• Other duties as assigned to support resident care and happiness.
